Privacy Policy

Core gameplay is 100% local. These things never leave your device:

• All game progress, high scores, and theme preferences
• Your child's gameplay activity and patterns
• Any information about your device or its usage

Flipolix works fully offline. Your child can play anywhere, anytime — no internet connection required for the game itself.

Flipolix offers two entirely optional features that involve the internet. Neither is required to enjoy the full game:

Global Leaderboard

If you choose to participate, Flipolix submits your game scores to our server. Here’s exactly what is sent:

• A player name you choose — no real name required, pick anything you like
• Your score details: time, moves, points, and which theme you played
• A random device identifier used only to verify that you own your scores — it is stored as a cryptographic hash, never in raw form

We do not collect email addresses, passwords, real names, location data, or any personal identifiers. There are no accounts to create. The leaderboard is purely opt-in — you decide whether to pick a name and submit scores.

If you’re offline when a game ends, the score is saved locally and submitted automatically the next time you’re connected.

Theme Downloads

You can optionally download additional theme packs — new card artwork, backgrounds, and sounds. When you request a theme, the App fetches the package from our server. No personal data, identifiers, or device information is sent as part of this request.

Whether you use optional features or not, Flipolix never collects:

• Email addresses, phone numbers, or real names
• Location data or GPS coordinates
• Device identifiers, advertising IDs, or IP addresses for tracking
• Usage analytics, telemetry, or behavioral data
• Photos, contacts, or any other data from your device

Flipolix does not display any advertisements. We do not use third-party ad networks, analytics platforms, or any form of behavioral tracking. There are no cookies, no pixels, and no fingerprinting.

Flipolix is completely free. There are no in-app purchases, no premium tiers, and no gated content. Every theme, every feature, and the global leaderboard are included. Nothing is held back.

Flipolix is designed to be safe for children of all ages. The gameplay experience — flipping cards, finding matches, exploring themes — involves no data collection whatsoever.

The optional global leaderboard is the only feature that sends any data, and it uses only a player-chosen nickname and game scores. We collect no personal information from anyone — children or adults — making Flipolix fully compliant with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and similar regulations worldwide.

Flipolix is distributed through official app stores (such as Google Play). When you download the App, the app store provider may collect certain information as described in their own privacy policies. Flipolix has no access to and no control over data collected by the app store provider.

Leaderboard scores and player names are stored on our servers. The device identifier used to verify score ownership is stored only as a one-way cryptographic hash — the raw value cannot be recovered or linked back to your device. Game data stored locally on your device is managed by your operating system and is subject to its security protections.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. If Flipolix ever introduces a feature that changes how data is handled, we will update this Policy before that feature goes live. You can always review the latest version here.
