Terms of Service

Flipolix is a memory card-matching game. The App is free to download and play. There are no in-app purchases, no advertisements, and no account registration required. Optional features include a global leaderboard and downloadable theme packs, both explained in our Privacy Policy.

Flipolix is designed to be enjoyed by children and adults alike. Parents and guardians are encouraged to play together with their children. If you are under the age of 13, please review these Terms with a parent or guardian.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use Flipolix for your personal, non-commercial use on devices that you own or control. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the App.

All content included in Flipolix — including but not limited to graphics, illustrations, characters, animations, sounds, logos, and the “Flipolix” name — is the exclusive property of Flipolix and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the App without our prior written consent.

Flipolix works fully offline for core gameplay. Two optional features involve the internet:

• Global Leaderboard — submit scores under a player name you choose, and see how you rank worldwide
• Theme Downloads — fetch additional theme packs with new artwork, backgrounds, and sounds

Neither feature is required. You can enjoy the complete game without ever going online. For details on what data these features involve, see our Privacy Policy.

Flipolix is distributed through official app stores (such as Google Play). Your use of those platforms is subject to their respective terms of service and privacy policies. Flipolix is not responsible for the practices of any third-party platform.

Flipolix is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or compatible with all devices. Your use of the App is at your own risk.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Flipolix and its creators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, the App.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Your continued use of Flipolix after any changes means you accept the revised Terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
